ready table in 2 designs:

Grid type with up to 10 ports depending on machine
type

Flat type (for draw through MDF applications) with up to
10 ports.

Piping, individual valves and vacuum gauge
are included.

| All
major
Router
system parts are built strong and robust for maximum
rigidity. The frame is 1/4" X 5" X 5" steel tube and is
precision machined to within .003" for linear rail
trueness. The gantry consists of 1/4" x 4" X 8" steel
tube which is also welded and machined for accuracy. All other
main component are machined of 6061 T6 3/4" aluminum
plate. The ShopCAM CNC router tables weigh between 2000 and
5500
lbs depending on the model. |

Our
CNC
Router has durable and easily accessible Allen Bradley
emergency E-stop Buttons
mounted to 4 independent locations on the machine and also
comes with a E-stop mounted on a 25' cable so that safety can go
with you anywhere around or on the machine. Safety mats, light
curtains and lasers are all available for your safety.

ShopCAM Router tables only use 25mm Linear Rails & Bearings
with a Rockwell hardness 60. The bearing itself is "double sealed" with a secondary
seal to help protect against dust thus promoting long bearing
life in extreme dust environments. All bearings on all axis
of machine come with zerk fittings installed so that
maintenance is never a time consuming event.

built to last for the life of the machine. |

Optional
pressure foot dust pickup minimizes part movement during final
cut.

ShopCAM's robust dust collection system is adjusted for any
height quickly through the use of 3 levers. The entire dust
collection system is removable in a few seconds without the
use of any tools. The levers are vibration proof and require
very little force to tighten, or loosen.
