Dual
Heads - Tandem Configuration:
Dual heads in the slave configuration are 2 separate Z axis
and Y carriages incorporated onto one gantry designed to route
2 identical parts at one time for increased productivity.
The routers required for this setup could be either Perskes
or Porter Cables or both.

Floating Pen Plotter/Vinyl
Knife Attachment
This is a useful attachment for pen plotting
a layout or design on a substrate. Although it does not replace
a vinyl cutter, it will be handy for the occasional vinyl
job or for the cutting of heavy sandblast masking material.
It attaches quickly and easily to the routers Z axis.

Dual Mister System
The dual mister system is a must if the router
system operator intends to machine aluminum. We use dual misters,
not single to ensure the router bit receives consistent lubrication.
This is important because it only takes seconds for a dry
router bit to pick up aluminum, loose it's ability to cut
and finally break. This system ensures trouble free machining
of aluminum.

Grid
Style Vacuum Table
The vacuum
table on the CNC router system offers a convenient means of
securing the work piece to the router table. Our vacuum table
utilizes a grid design which is very versatile. Essentially
it consists of a grid machined into the tabletop in which
a round gas-gate material can be placed to create a seal between
the router table and the part to be cut or a jig. If the grid
vacuum table does not suit your needs, for no additional charge
we can supply the xyz router table with the type of vacuum
table, which draws directly through an upper MDF board. Our
vacuum table also incorporates 4 or 5 valve controlled ports
allowing the user to direct vacuum where needed.The manifold
is the connected to a vacuum hold down pump (Vacuum pump not
included).
