Our ShopCAM
CNC router machine is a turnkey 3 axis, 52 inch x 100 inch
or 64 inch x 120 inch CNC router system with features found
only on CNC router tables costing a significant amount more!
This router system is based on a robust steel frame and gantry,
which are welded for maximum rigidity and then machined for
accuracy. Next we install high quality round Thompson rails
and ball bearing bushings on all 3 axis for precision and
long life. The ShopCAM CNC router machine comes standard with
state of the art opto-limit switches (all 3 axis), a 3.25
HP Porter Cable multi speed router (spindle
options available), 4 port grid type vacuum table (vacuum
pump extra) and yes, full 3D motion is always standard

THE SOFTWARE
Our Accu-Motion
Advance software, which controls all our systems, allows
you to handle complex jobs with ease. Accu-Motion Advance
allows a high degree of file control and manipulation right
on the shop floor. High speed contouring at cutting speeds
up to 380 in/min lets you route complex graphics with curves
and arcs smoothly and accurately. Full 3D carving and modeling
capability is standard.
Accu-Motion Advance control software is a PC based platform.
The system has many additional features such as fixturing
and on the fly feed rate override. Accu-Motion Advance is
easy to use and graphically oriented, so the operator need
not learn g-codes. But for the power user with a knowledge
of the g-code language our motion control software offers
the power of a full fledged control.
