The 3.25 HP Porter Cable router is the workhorses
of the industry. The Porter Cable is very dependable and is
inexpensive to rebuild. 1/4" 3/8" and 1/2"collets for this router
are readily available from many industrial supply retailers.
Porter Cables are quite loud though and if noise is a problem,
you may want to consider one of our alternative spindles. Porter
Cable routers require 120V single phase power.
